SQUASH

Stourbridge Lawn Tennis & Squash Club is very much committed to the development of Squash. As one of the leading squash clubs in the region they encourage players of all abilities to come along and get involved.

The club has 6 courts including a glass-backed exhibition court capable of seating 150 spectators. New members are welcome to attend the Friday club night as players of all abilities have the opportunity to 'Mix-in'.

Competitions, league matches and even a Handicap Tournament keep everyone on their toes and give players the chance to play against those with more experience. Every year the club also plays host to the Worcestershire County Closed Tournament.

Juniors are encouraged through their own coaching sessions held after school on Wednesdays and on Saturday mornings. Combined With Mini-Squash sessions that introduce children aged 5 to 11 years old to the sport, the club has received the 'England Squash Gold Award' in recognition of their commitment.
